Where is the data hosted with SaaS?
On servers located in France. Each customer can only access its own data.
Are my existing sensors compatible?
Often, yes. The Data Hub offers also work with sensors already in place: we check their compatibility with you.
Can we start with SaaS and then move to On-Premise?
Yes. The sensors and the platform are the same: installed sensors stay in place, and the move is prepared with your IT team.
Do you need a large server for On-Premise?
No. The platform is lightweight. We size the server with your team based on the number of sensors.
What happens if the Internet connection goes down?
With On-Premise, the platform runs on your local network. With SaaS, for delivery to your software, pending measurements are sent to you once the connection is back.
